Continue to Tromsø, the largest city in Northern Norway and home to approximately 80,000 residents. Often called the Gateway to the Arctic, the city has long served as the starting point for legendary polar expeditions and remains the cultural and economic capital of Norway's far north. Nestled between dramatic fjords, islands and snow-covered peaks, Tromsø combines rich Arctic history, a lively atmosphere and world-class Northern Lights opportunities, making it one of Scandinavia's most captivating winter destinations.

After checking into your centrally located hotel, enjoy time at leisure to discover Tromsø's elegant waterfront, boutique shops and inviting cafés. This evening, depart on a Northern Lights excursion, leaving the city behind in search of the aurora borealis beneath the pristine Arctic sky.
